Pk7 Terms & Conditions — Please read before using the platform

Pk7 (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") operates an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between pk7 and its users.

By using the pk7 website or app, creating an account, or participating in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via your registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register an account with pk7, the following requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years must be
• You must be a citizen or legal resident of Bangladesh
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date
• Each person may hold only one account
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened from the same device or network within a household

After registration, pk7 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. These may include a National ID, passport, driving licence, or proof of address. Deposits and withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Your account credentials are strictly confidential. Sharing, renting, or selling your account to any third party is prohibited. The account holder bears full financial and legal responsibility for all activity on the account.

Pk7 supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services for deposits and withdrawals. Deposit rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Deposits are usually credited instantly or within 15 minutes
• Only accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits
• Deposits made through third parties are prohibited

Withdrawal policy:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• KYC (identity verification) must be completed before withdrawal
• Processing is typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• If suspicious activity is detected, pk7 may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on pk7:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a live cashout option is available)
• Pre-match betting closes once a match or event has kicked off
• Odds in live betting may change at any time
• Pk7 reserves the right to make the final decision on bets placed due to technical errors
• If an event is abandoned or suspended, settlement will follow pk7's own policy

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market and are subject to change at any time. pk7 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.

Pk7 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. By claiming any bonus, the following general terms will apply:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements — typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount
• A bonus can only be claimed once unless otherwise specified
• Maximum bet limits apply to bets placed with bonus balance
• Withdrawing real money before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited
• Bonus validity is typically 7 to 30 days

Pk7 reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk7 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Fraud: Use of false information, forged documents, or fraudulent methods
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illegal funds through pk7
• Bots & Automation: Automated betting using software or scripts
• System hacking: Probing or exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform
• Arbitrage betting: Placing strategic side bets to satisfy bonus wagering requirements
• Multiple accounts: Claiming bonuses with multiple accounts
• Use of third-party funds: Depositing using a payment method registered in someone else's name

If such activity is suspected, pk7 may temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation. Withdrawals will not be available during this period.

Pk7 collects, stores, and uses users' personal information for the purpose of providing platform services. Under our Privacy Policy:

• Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties
• Information may be disclosed to regulatory authorities when required by law
• All data is protected with SSL encryption
• Your account activity may be monitored for security purposes

Pk7 is not liable for the following:

• Betting disruptions due to internet connectivity or technical issues
• Failure of third-party software or services
• Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence
• Service suspension due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

You can close your pk7 account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Pk7 may unilaterally suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected
• Failure to submit KYC documents or submission of false documents
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months)
• Under court order or regulatory authority directive

A maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts. Contact the support team for details.

Pk7 believes in responsible gaming. Betting is a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income.

We offer:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits
• Loss Limit: Automatically stop betting after losing a set amount
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from 24 hours up to 30 days
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for an extended break
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders of how long you have been playing

In the event of a dispute between pk7 and a user, the following process will apply:

• Step 1: Send us the details at support@pk7.life and we will respond within 72 hours.
• Step 2: If the issue is not resolved at the first stage, it will be escalated to senior management.
• Step three: If the issue remains unresolved, the user may file a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority.

When submitting a complaint, please include your account ID, the date and time of the incident, and a detailed description. Attach any screenshots or supporting evidence if available.

Pk7 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email
• Notifications will be displayed on the platform's homepage
• You will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
